Here are 6 practical ways to maximize your daily bliss.
Commit random acts of kindness. Hey, give up your seat to a tired traveler, hold a door open for someone, if the person in the grocery line behind you has only 2 or 3 items and you've got 15, let them go ahead of you.
Count your blessings everyday, because there is always something to be grateful for.
Write a letter of gratitude. It doesn't have to be addressed to anyone in particular, just write it and read it regularly.
See your future in a positive way. Thank GOD for the future, and look forward to it.
Cultivate your relationships with family and friends. They need you just like you need them.
