Directions:
Before bed dissolve 3 MediTropin effervescent tablets in 6-8 oz. of water. Let the effervescent tablets fully dissolve. You may stir to speed up dissolution. Once fully dissolved, stir and drink immediately. It is best to take MediTropin 2-3 hours after a meal. Take for 5 days and skip 2 days.
