What is Systemic Mycosis?

It is the bodies inability to get rid of the toxins from fungus, yeast, mold, bacteria and germs naturally.  It is caused mainly by the use and over use of antibiotics and other immune suppressing drugs which alters the natural bowel flora or intestinal terrain.

Illness

80% of what happens to you is caused by what you personally do to and for yourself, it is not just genetics.  Genetics plays a very small role in your overall health and fitness.  The key to vibrant health, fitness and happiness in life is balance and knowing how to improve your health on a daily basis.  The human body is a self healing machine by design.  Give it what it needs and it will heal, give it what it wants and it will not.  Bad food choices just because they look, taste and smell good do little to keep you healthy.  Remember good health is cheap, illness and disease is very expensive.

There are five underlying causes of disease in an opportunistic host (A person with low immunity).  Emotional trauma and stress, poor hydration, environmental toxins such as chemicals, radiation and poor diet.  The key underlying cause which starts the rippling affect is a poor diet.  What you put into your body (food, drugs, alcohol etc.) is a transport mechanism for a healthy or a sick physical body.  To break the cycle of your illness, you must break the past habits of poor diet and environmental toxic exposure.

With illness you can believe the diagnosis because it may be true according to the diagnostic evidence (doctor assessments, lab tests etc), but you absolutely do not have to believe the prognosis or the out come of your physical, mental or emotional state at the time according to what your doctor believes about your health condition.  Because the mind body connection is very powerful and important when it comes to healing from with in.  This is your decision to change and to work through. 

Disease is a defense mechanism that kicks in when your natural defenses begin to fail as a result of an underlying cause of your bodies inability to handle rapid toxic physical, mental and emotional changes.  Your body is fighting to survive when disease begins to form.  Vital nutrients are being shifted to the nutrient depleted areas of your body in an attempt to rebuild and repair the damaged area. 

This then leaves your immune system vulnerable to other problems brought on by nutritional deficiencies if you are not eating to live and you are not taking any form of high nutrient foods or vitamin supplementation to compensate for the nutrient loss while your body is trying to naturally repair the damage. 

So where should you begin to counteract the effects of disease?  You begin with your daily diet choices.  Illness can not exist in a high oxygen environment (eating frequent raw green leafy veggies).  Illness occurs when the body can not get rid of toxins from bacteria and germs naturally on its own resulting from what ever the reason, stress, illness, environment etc.  The body will then accumulate these toxins and over time will begin to show signs and symptoms of illness and disease. 

What causes the body to break down?  It is usually due to the bodies over growth of toxins, fungus, yeast, bacteria and germs?  It is known as systemic mycosis?  When your immune system is low (immuno compromised or immuno suppressed), the opportunity for illness from any source is present.  The less nutrient dense foods and high quality supplements that you take in, the greater the opportunity for illness to occur.  Intestinal dysbyosis also drives obesity.

What causes systemic mycosis?  It begins with poor bowel terrain.  What is poor bowel terrain (altered/decreased bowel flora)?  It's when you don't have enough good beneficial bacteria in your intestines to fight off illness when it begins to form.  What causes this problem?  The excessive use and over use of antibiotics and other immune suppressing drugs and medications coupled with opportunistic diseases.  It is one of the major causes of systemic illness. 

Most people are born with a healthy colon and intestinal track.  We are given the good beneficial bacteria that we need at birth.  But when the human bodies healthy bacteria is altered, due to the use of medication for illness or other reasons, that is when the far reaching problems with a health challenge or crisis began.  Maintaining the delicate balance of your intestinal flora is as vital as food itself. 

This is the first line of defense to maintaining good health.  When the colon and intestines are compromised and do not have enough good bacteria to fight off the affects of accumulating toxins, germs and bacteria within the body, the bodies immune system begins to weaken.  And over time it begins to show itself as unexplained ailments and disease.  Some which doctors even call idiopathic, because they can't explain the reason for the condition. 

If you have ever at any time taken antibiotics, this was the beginning of your systemic mycosis.  These toxins accumulate in the body over time and cause systemic free radical damage.  Antibiotics kill all bacteria in your bodies system, good an bad, it does not discriminate.  Whether it is a broad or a narrow spectrum antibiotic, the process for weakening your immune system has begun by altering your natural intestinal flora.  And if the good bacteria is not replaced quickly, it begins to render your immune system helpless against germs, bacteria, yeast, mole and fungus.  You then lack the ability to heal from within.
